Tasting Notes

What remains.

Nose

Vanilla and toasted oak. White peach, dried fig, and a breath of copal smoke that lingers just long enough to be remembered.

Palate

Silky and precise. Roasted agave with caramel, dark chocolate, and the mineral clarity that only 18 months in American oak can produce.

Finish

Long, warm, and exceptionally clean. Nothing artificial, nothing hidden. Only what was always there.
